Useful

Useful app. The one thing I do not like about it is the units for kilowatt usage on the left side change every day. In an effort to make the graph look the same every day by the developer , you actually cannot see the variability in your usage on a daily basis visually only of the patterns of peaks and low use. . Small issue but I really wish you could set the graph at the same range.

Nice, but needs more capabilities

Nice for one utility, but if you have multiple utilities that use SmartHub, you have to log out and log in to manage each individual account. You should be able to log in once and have all of your utility accounts services by SmartHub be available.

Okay...needs improvements though

The app does do what it is suppose to do. It is fairly easy to navigate and pay your bill on line. My biggest complaint is that it only keeps one utility company logged in. If you have more than one utility company that requires you to use Smart Hub to make payments on line, then you have to go into the settings, find the other utility, confirm it and then log into it. Then when it comes time to pay another utility, you go through the whole process again. I dont understand why it cant remember all your utility companies that you use the app to pay bills.

App never works when trying to log in to pay or view bill

I love to see how much power I have used for the day. Helps me to conserve on power usage.

Best app!!!

I have become more conscious of my power consumption and real needs. This app has been instrumental in comfortably reducing my power bill and most important my carbon foot print. Got it down to 0.7kwh when I travel. How? Simple disconnect all devices and leaving only the refrigerator and alarm. Realized that the "high speed" modem is one of the biggest energy consumers, followed by anything that it is wifi. Enjoy this app and save some $ and at the same time reduce your carbon footprint All the best!

No multiple provider support

I have two service providers using this service for billing and I have to restart the app from scratch on setup for each provider to use this app. Making payments a total frustration every time monthly. I have since dropped using this app as a payment solution because it does nothing but make things inconvenient and a total hassle to use. Try having your internet provider and your electric company say to use this app, and suddenly you have to delete everything you just did for one provider, only to re-enter all information for the second service that you use, only to delete that and re-enter the original to go back.... Just use the websites, dont bother with this until multiple provider support is offered, because they obviously dont think merchants will expand to use this product.

Does not Work

My power company tells me to download this app. Well it is junk does not work.

Wont open

Will download but will not open. Tried multiple times including to un- and re-install. Have never had this problem with any other app. iPhone 5s with iOS 8.1.

Application worthless

Initially, I thought this application would be great to pay our utility bills however upon installing and trying to sign in into the account this application it is not assessable and possibly might be corrupt. I am sure that the log on information was entered correctly, we have an established active account with the same utility provider for about 18 years. It repeatedly states that the information entered does not match their records so now Im beginning to suspect that the sensitive information may have been compromised by this app I would not recommend it.

Useful but needs work

I was able to log in to my utility account with no problems. The usage history is very useful. However, the only reason I downloaded the app was to be able to report outages and today trying to report an outage says unable to connect to server. It also shows no outages for my area but my utility company website shows there actually is an outage. Fix the syncing of info from the companies and the ability to report an issue and this will be a great and useful app.

Ive been looking for an app to use to pay my utility bill..found it !!!! Very easy to use plus it lets me track my power usage

Cant report an outage

I continue to get an error message when trying to report an outage. Seems like a fairly critical thing to have working.

Shows no usage

At one point on the iPhone 6 it would show the monthly total usage or weekly usage in a graph or list. Since the last update it has changed and now wont show totals or the list. Im having to guess the usage and will not show you even If you touch it. Im very aggravated with this change and have deleted this app on my phone. Looks like from the updates in the last two you fixed it for some phones but took it away on others. There is suppose to be an "i" Ina circle at the bottom of the screen for this. Its on the iPad but not the iPhones. FIX PLEASE! Reported this a year ago and still not fixed!!

Very Great and Useful app

Very simple and user-friendly! You can pay your bills as fast as you can click three buttons. I love this app I would recommend to all

Convenient, but could be better

I like the convenience of this app, but I hate that awful slider. It takes forever to get it close to the amount I want. Then, when I let it go, it jumps and I have to start over again. Why cant they just let you enter the amount you want to pay?

Need more usability.

I like the app and the ability to track daily usage. But I have two properties with electrical co-ops that are billing using this program and I can only access one of them through the app? It needs to have the ability to add multiple accounts under one user name.

Functional, but could be so much better

This app is nice. My electrical company just switched over to SmartHub, and I’ll admit, it does have a lot of convenient features. I mostly use it to check usage. I pay my bill directly through the bank, so I can’t really comment on that side of it, even though that’s one of the main features. But everything seems to work fine aside from a few minor oddities. It is a little annoying that some things switch over to a web browser, such as the outage map. That said, the app is UGLY. Nothing is retina optimized and it just plain looks bad. Even the icon is hideous. I have to hide it in a folder to keep the rest of my home screen looking decent (which, of course, makes me less likely to use it). Basically, the app does what it’s supposed to, but I can’t say it’s an enjoyable experience. Some relatively minor design tweaks could take this to the next level.
