Very useful

I am so surprised by the negative reviews. This is by far the most useful app I have on my phone. I am a stay at home mom and this app helps us save money. I love that the kWh usage is broken down by the hour. I spent a few days keeping track of what I did all day and then after comparing with graphs on app, I was able to figure out what uses the most electricity. This app really helps you conserve. Plus, its almost a challenge to see how low I can get the daily kWh down. Great job! Side Note- I use this app on a iPhone 5c and only have one account.

Usage data is horrible

Over the summer I found this app and loved trying to see how I could lower our daily use. I could figure out what I was doing when usage went up. But lately I get days with 0 usage they one day with so much all around midnight, it makes it useless to use. Then there will be a week where I see usage but the last eat day show a high jump at midnight...when we are all sleeping. Nothing about usage is correct or "useful". Then on top of it the app shows we live in an entirely different city. So are we getting the correct bill. Who knows since there isnt a way to verify anything. Horrible app.

Interesting

Seems to be an interesting app for info about your energy usage. I am impressed with the info given in correlation with the weather. You can see how much electricity you used and what that days weather was like. I think it will be useful.

Useful, stable, user friendly app

This app helps me keep an eye on my daily electricity usage by letting me see my daily consumption compared with the temperature for that day. This has helped me see which energy saving methods work best. This app also lets me pay my bill, view bills, see historical consumption data, and has all the numbers for my COOP. The app is very stable, optimized for 6+ screen, and the graphics are great. Would highly recommend to anyone whose COOP is supported.

Doesnt work

Application is useless it doesnt work! No information giving about my usage or bill.

Bill Pay

Been using this app for years, best app to pay my energy bill!

Terrible!

Just downloaded this app to pay my Pedernales Electric Cooperative account and all I get is server not available, download error. Cant see my billing information, cant pay my bill. I have a perfect strong internet connection. I have been with PEC for years. Id prefer using their old crappy webpay to this mess...at least I could pay my bill!!! Very disappointed.

Inconsistent and poorly implemented

The app wouldnt accept the login information I was sent, so I reset the password. Even after successfully resetting the password it gave me password error. About mid day the new password worked, but now its not. What a horrible user experience.

Just converted with PEC. Initial password cant login, reset password cant login neither.

Actually, it works pretty well. I am glad that my provider, PEC, finally upgraded their site and chose to participate with this app. It is not intended to do everything but almost does anyway. It loads quickly on my iPad and is pretty simple to use. It is also however change and that is just fine with me!

Nothing worth downloading

Awkward non obvious navigation. Some menus dont work. Just a history of $ amounts. Not very useful.

Update broke app

The new update completely broke it on my iPhone 6:

Unprofessional

A new app should get the basics: dont crash and navigate easily come to mind. Why the app fails? Cant search by name by typing the first few letters and cant search by location because it wants access to your location (which I dont give permission to many apps) and you cant type in the location since I am sitting at my office. Since the first two buttons dont work, why trust an app that will have my credit card?

Annoying.

I used to love using this app it was so convienent and easy until I got the new iPhone 6s. Now it wont work at all keeps saying service failed. Now I have to drive 40 min out of the way on my way home just to pay electric bill

Great idea, poorly executed.

With a 3-4 day lag, this app doesnt really help you manage usage. Its too difficult to try to remember what exactly you did 3 or more days in the past. Did we run the dryer on Friday? Too hard to remember that on Tuesday morning.

Disappointed

It is broken and wont let me fix it. Very disappointing as it is what my utility wants me to use for payments on me iPad.

Decent but not very intuitive

The app works ok but it is lacking useful features. Navigation is also cumbersome. My provider, PEC, says I can use the app to setup SMS notifications but I cannot figure out where or how to do this. The usage analyzer only shows kWH which is useless. Dollar amounts are what make sense to consumers. PEC stated they are having this feature implemented into their Smarthub instance. Im not sure how the app and utility provider data integrate but you would think this would be a standard offering from Smarthub. I will increase my rating as the app improves and when dollar figures are shown on the usage analyzer.
