Time Will Tell (seems it may already have)

Okay, my electric co-op suggested I get this app. I did but am already skeptical about how good it is. In the Description details it states 4+rating. On the Review page it states Not enough reviews to get an Average Rating. Looking in Version History, this app debuted in Spring of 2012. Four+years & still cant figure an average so we can check if this is good or crap?!? As the Subject line says, Time will tell (seems it may already have!) I remain skeptical.

Why did it wipe out my password on the latest up date. Now Ill have to contact customer service...its as if Ive been wiped out of the system.

Glitches at term acceptance screen.

App wont let me accept the terms to complete my log in. It just keeps popping up the terms screen over and over again. Irritating!!!!!

Used to love the app

Thought after the app updated I would get to see the usage again but havent been able too. The older version stopped working right over a month ago. So still a lot of bugs in the system all the new update did was ask if I wanted to go paperless. Dont want too do that. To scared I wont see my bill correctly and be over charged

Last update in May 2016 was horrible!!

My smart hub was updated in 2016 of May and now I am unable to view my daily usage. Horrible!! I hope the app developers fix this bug and mark it critical. Why dont they test their app before posting it? -CortezSolar

Smart Hub Is Terrible

I keep getting a message "Locked Out Of Account"! I cant even register! Terrible app and no useful HELP info!

How am I locked out before I log in???

It figures that my crappy electricity company would choose a crappy app to "make payments easier." My question is, how can I be locked out of my account before Ive even logged into it for the first time!!! I literally set up my account and used my username and password and it says Im logged out! I dont even know what the rest of the app looks like! And I wont either because its already deleted!!! BYE!!!

Works great for me

Read reviews as recent as yesterday saying the app didnt work. Just downloaded and set everything up including autopay. Works fine with no hiccups.

Reinstalled the app

Had to reinstall the app for it to work again after the upgrade

Cannot even retrieve the password ..

Did anybody bother to Q/A this build before releasing it to the store? Maybe not..

Bad update.....

After the update I am locked out of my account. Updated the password and still not able to log in. Said to contact costumer assistance but there is no link or info on who or where I should do so. Only a prompt to sign in again. Looks like Im not the only one with this problem.

Love the daily usage

I really love being able to see my daily usage, even down to the hour. Great app.

User-friendly app

This is a very useful tool that has really helped us identify how we can cut down usage. The averages are very accurate and its so easy to pay your bill and interact with my utility. Highly recommend!

Great app one major issue

The app is great, love the functionality and features. However in my area our utility company has both electric and broadband and they are billed separately. You can have only one or the other on the app. It is not possible to have two different accounts if they are listed as two different service providers in the app. My example is arrowhead electric cooperative for power and true North broadband for internet. You can access both via this app but because you can only list one service provider you cant have both of them in less you clear the data and resetting up the whole thing all over again.

Multiple accounts

We have accounts with more than one coop provider. It would be nice to be able to easily switch between the two in the app...

I would like to be able to access multiple accounts through this app. Give it the ability to switch between a few different accounts at ease

Add accounts

We have both electric and internet through the same CoOp company. I can only view electric in the app and have to go through a browser to see both. Please make this capability!

Not so "Smart"hub

Stupid design for multiple service providers. Having to search for different provider every time to switch and pay different bills. More like dumbhub!
