Use it every month

I guess Im just not technologically inclined. I use this app every single month to pay my bill it takes literally 30 seconds. If you need all the details go to the main site apps arent made for that.

Wow!! Impressed!

Just downloaded the app to pay my electricity bill. Within 2 minutes of downloading the app, I was logged in on my phone, had my bill paid, and an email confirmation sitting in my mailbox!! WOW!! No problems here!! It did exactly what I needed it to do!! Thanks!

Nope...

It worked for a while and then it stopped accepting my username and password. Ive even reset my password in an attempt to get it to work. It doesnt work.

I love this app

Finally, an app I can get excited about. Its clean, smooth and full of great information. My only gripe is the lack of touch id, but not even that would make me give less that 5 stars. Great job!

Bugs

The app wont proceed passed the terms and conditions page. Every time I click accept, the window goes down like its going to let me access my account, but then the terms and conditions pops back up again. Please fix!

Bug at Terms and Conditions

Will not proceed past terms and conditions. You click accept and it pops right back up. Re-installed and same result.

Latest update

I liked the app until I did the latest update on my iphone. It will not install the update but it will not allow me to delete the previous app. I have paperless billing and it has just made things more difficult. Now I must go through several steps to pay my bill vs a couple of click.

Could get past the terms and conditions page. I would click "accept" and it would reset to the same accept terms page, over and over. Ive tried everything to make it work. The bug needs to be fixed.

Works great!

In minutes I was able to install the app, see all my accounts, make a payment and sign up for autopay. Well done!

Help

I also fail to log in. Someone needs to fix that. I just received a nice flyer in the mail about he app too.

Accept!!

I downloaded the app and put in my info then when it said accept or decline I clicked the accept button but it constantly is flashing back up and not accepting my answer. If I click the decline button it just signs me out. Repeated several times even tried to uninstall and reinstall but still no luck. What gives!?

App is worthless.

I used this app everyday to check our electrical usage and compare to previous months. Now there is no usage information and the App has been telling me to check back later for almost two weeks. How much later? So disappointed.

Cant pass trough Teems and conditions

I logged in and accepted the terms and conditions but they keep popping back up, there was no fix to it so I cant use the app. Hopefully they will fix it soon, its kind of annoying when you download an app for the first time and you cant use it at all...

Used to love the app

The app worked as specified until about a week ago now I cant see my usage or even past usage pretty frustrating. Glad Im not prepay be really hard to keep track if I was still.

No multiple provider support

I have two service providers using this service for billing and I have to restart the app from scratch on setup for each provider to use this app. Making payments a total frustration every time monthly.

Multiple accounts?

I have two providers that use this and I have to log in and out each time. Can we not use multiple accounts?
